Effective date: April 19, 2026

Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms take effect on 26 March 2026 and constitute an agreement between you ("User") and Gramsy ("Platform", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

2. Age Restriction

The Platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be confirmed.

3. Nature of the Platform

Gramsy is a dating and social platform for consenting adults, including non-traditional relationship formats: couples, swingers, polyamorous configurations, and others. The Platform is not a site for sexual services, does not facilitate prostitution, and accepts no responsibility for the nature of meetings arranged by users.

4. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful information about themselves
  • Not impersonate any other person
  • Not post content depicting minors in a sexual context
  • Not post content without the consent of those depicted
  • Not use the Platform for fraud, extortion, or any unlawful purpose
  • Respect other users and refrain from harassment
  • Not share third-party personal data without consent

5. User Content

By uploading content (photos, text, messages), you confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorised to publish it, all persons depicted are adults who have consented, and the content does not violate applicable law. You grant Gramsy a non-exclusive licence to store and display the content as part of the Platform's operation.

6. Content Moderation

Certain profile fields (description, nicknames, limits description) and uploaded images (photos, avatars) are moderated. Text fields become visible to other users immediately after saving, before the first review — this is a deliberate choice in favour of publishing speed. Photos and avatars are shown to other users only after approval.

If a moderator rejects your content, you will see a note with the reason in your profile and be able to edit the field. Until you fix rejected text, other users see the last approved version of that field, or the field is hidden if no approved version existed yet. Rejected photos and avatars are hidden from other users until replaced or re-approved.

We reject content that contains contacts or links to external messaging channels, violates applicable laws, or breaks platform rules. The full list of grounds is in the Content Moderation Policy.

Gramsy may remove any content that violates these Terms without notice, and may suspend or delete user accounts. If you disagree with a moderator's decision — contact support.

To assist human moderators, user-written text may be sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI, United States) for translation when a moderator reviews content in a different language. Only the text is transmitted; no identifiers or account metadata. Details and legal basis are described in the Privacy Policy.

6a. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon requesting deletion:

  • Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, you may cancel the request by logging in.
  • After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Deletion is irreversible after the grace period.
  • You will receive a notification 3 days before the final deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We accept no liability for the actions of other users, content posted by users, the outcome of any dates or meetings arranged through the Platform, or any damage arising from use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, design, logo, and original content belong to Gramsy. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or via the Platform interface. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, applicable law at the place of the Platform operator's registration shall govern.
