Dating in Cologne for couples and singles

Cologne is the most openly festive of Germany's larger cities. Carnival, an open social culture, a large LGBTQ+ scene and one of Europe's largest Pride parades (CSD) all belong to the city's regular rhythm rather than to a run of isolated events. Swingers' clubs, poly and BDSM communities have long been part of the liberal Rhineland atmosphere. Compared to Munich it's noticeably more relaxed; compared to Berlin, more compact.
